All international students outside the European Economic Area ( EEA) and Switzerland will need to pass a points-based assessment before they are given permission to enter or remain in the UK. Students need to score a total of 40 points in various criteria, in order to apply for a visa
under Tier 4.
We will issue you with a ‘Confirmation of Acceptance’ Letter if you meet the required criteria. The letter will give you 30 points required for
the application of a student visa.
You will also have to score a further 10 points under the maintenance criteria.
